What we collect

• What you send us. When you use the contact form or request a document, we keep your name, email, and anything else you enter, such as phone, organization, title, and message.
• Meetings you book. If you schedule a call through our booking page, we receive the details you give there.
• Ad lead forms. If you fill in a lead form on an ad from us on Google, LinkedIn or Meta, that platform sends us what you entered.
• How you found us. If you arrive from a link with campaign tags or from a Google ad, we note the campaign and the ad click identifier with your message, so we know which outreach works.
• Standard server logs. Our hosting provider records technical request data, such as IP address and browser type, to run and secure the site.

How we use it

We use this information to answer you, send the documents you ask for, follow up about work you are interested in, and understand which of our ads and campaigns bring useful inquiries. We do not sell or rent personal information, and we do not use it for any purpose unrelated to working with you.

Cookies and Google ads

The site works without cookies. With your permission, we load the Google tag, which sets cookies that let Google Ads tell us when someone who clicked one of our ads later contacts us. It loads only after you choose Accept in the cookie banner. If you choose Decline, or your browser sends a Global Privacy Control signal, it never loads.

Emails from us

We email you when you ask us to, for example with a document you requested. A team member may also write to you about work relevant to your organization. Every message we send that you did not ask for includes a link to stop further emails, and we honor it.

Who processes it for us

We use service providers that handle data on our behalf and only to provide their service:

• Vercel, to host the website
• Supabase, to store inquiries
• Resend and Google Workspace, to send and receive email
• Cal.com, to schedule meetings
• Google Ads, LinkedIn and Meta, for advertising and lead forms as described above

We may also disclose information when the law requires it.

How long we keep it

We keep inquiries for as long as we have a working relationship with you or your organization, or as long as we need them for records the law requires. You can ask us to delete your information at any time, and we will unless we must keep it.
